Right of Withdrawal and Returns
As a consumer you can change your mind within 14 days. Here is how.

1. Your right to withdraw
If you are a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason and without penalty. The period runs from the day you, or someone you nominated, take physical possession of the goods — for an order delivered in several parts, from the last part.
2. How to withdraw
Tell us clearly, before the 14 days are up, that you are withdrawing. Email or write to us using the details below — you may use the form in section 6, but you do not have to. Sending the goods back with a clear note also counts. Simply refusing delivery is not a reliable way to withdraw, so please tell us as well.
3. Sending the goods back
Send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us you withdraw. The cost of return is yours to bear — you arrange and pay for the parcel back to us. We refund what you paid for the goods in full, including any delivery charge you paid to receive them. If the goods arrive faulty or are the wrong ones through our mistake, the return is at our expense — that is not a withdrawal under this section but a complaint: see the complaints page.
4. Refunds
We refund all payments we received from you, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of your withdrawal. We may wait until we have the goods back, or proof that you sent them. We refund using the same means of payment you used, unless you agree otherwise, and it costs you nothing. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our cheapest standard one, we refund only the standard amount.
5. Condition of the goods, and exceptions
You may examine the goods as you would in a shop, but you are liable for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what was necessary. A candle that has been burned cannot, as a rule, be returned on this basis. We do not rely on the statutory exception for sealed goods: our candles are not sold sealed for hygiene reasons and are not made to individual order, so your right of withdrawal applies to our whole range.

7. This is not your only right
